BIRCH COTTAGE
COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Our charming self-catering cottages / holiday homes are located in the heart of the Peak District in close range of National Trust attractions, with excellent walking trails and lots to do and see. Both cottages have a similar layout with an interlocking door on the top floor which can be opened to link both cottages together for larger groups, we also have a shared utility room with a tumble dryer, washing machine and additional freezer space and toilet. Boots and waterproofs can be stored and dried in the utility room if required.

A utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, an area to wash/dry off muddy boots/clothing and also a storage area for bikes etc.
BBQ and garden furniture
Enjoy cooking outside with your group on our BBQ.
2 x Twin rooms
One on the first floor and one on the second floor.

Everyone can still be together even when the boys are all doing the cooking in our open plan layout.

Our heated swimming pool includes a changing area, shower room, toilet and is solely for guests use.

We have a large garden area, raised area and gazebo area at the back of the cottages with plenty of seating.
